Cancellation notice

If you are a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal under certain conditions. In Epic 1, no paid services are offered yet.

1. Withdrawal right (summary)

   Special rules can apply to digital services, for example when performance begins immediately. Details will be finalised before payments are introduced (Epic 4).

2. 48-hour guarantee

   Our promise for the future paid scope: if documents cannot be prepared, we refund within 48 hours. This does not replace statutory rights.
