If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under certain conditions. SchuldnerClear offers a paid digital service: preparing a submission pack for eligible entries.

1. Withdrawal right (summary)

   Special rules can apply to contracts for digital services: in particular when performance begins immediately at your express request and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed. Details follow from applicable law and the information shown before you complete a purchase.

2. 48-hour refund

   Separate from any statutory withdrawal right, our commercial promise is: if we cannot prepare your submission pack, we refund the purchase price in full within 48 hours. This does not replace statutory rights.
