Which ZenVG is responsible? Central Enforcement Courts by state

By Solomon Ayoola, founder of SchuldnerClear; cleared own entries and prepares packs for ZenVG Mitte and ZenVG Nauen. · All guides

Early deletion is decided by the Central Enforcement Court (ZenVG) for the federal state of your entry: not the Amtsgericht “around the corner” just because you live there.

Use this guide to find the right court and see what SchuldnerClear covers today. Not legal advice, not a deletion guarantee.

ZenVG ≠ local Amtsgericht by address

Every Schuldnerverzeichnis entry is tied to a federal state and thus a ZenVG. That shows on your Selbstauskunft and in the enforcement portal.

WrongRight
“I live in Munich → AG Munich”Bavaria entry → Amtsgericht Hof (ZenVG Bavaria)
“Berlin address → any Berlin AG”Berlin entry → ZenVG Mitte

You can often file for the record at any Amtsgericht; the responsible ZenVG still decides.

How to find your ZenVG

  1. Get a Selbstauskunft via vollstreckungsportal.de.
  2. Note ZenVG / state and case numbers per entry.
  3. Forms and contacts via Vollstreckungsportal: early deletion (select your ZenVG).
  4. Official court list: PDF: Central Enforcement Courts of the Länder (justiz.de).

All 16 ZenVG courts

Addresses and Merkblätter change: always verify on the portal and PDF.

Other states. DIY and honest waitlist

The process is similar nationwide: Selbstauskunft → proof → application at your ZenVG → post or Mein Justizpostfach. Checklist: Remove a Schuldnerverzeichnis entry.

Our filled pack is not available there yet. Still start the check, when out of scope, you can join the waitlist when the case offers it. DIY vs lawyer: Lawyer or DIY?.

FAQ

Is the Amtsgericht in my city enough?
For deciding early deletion: no: the ZenVG of the entry’s federal state is responsible. Filing for the record at another AG is often possible; the ZenVG decides.

How do I know my federal state?
From the Selbstauskunft / portal: not from your current registered address alone.

Entries in several states?
Then often several ZenVGs and one application per entry.

Does SchuldnerClear cover all of Germany?
No. Pack today only ZenVG Mitte and Nauen (matching path). Other states: DIY + waitlist.

Where are the forms?
Vollstreckungsportal: early deletion: select your ZenVG there.
